The pool was clean and enjoyable. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking. Beds were very comfortable and showers were enjoyable. One thing I would change would be to include the additional fee for using the grill in the post instead of waiting until we arrived to find that out.

It has all necessities for a pleasant stay (including beach gear - towels, chairs, umbrellas, scoops for locating shells and or shark teeth). They even provided dog blankets. Very attentive owners - issues were quickly resolved. Enjoyed our stay, hope to return.

Kids enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, and were hunting for shark teeth at the nearby beaches. Also some good restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes drive. House is modern with great appliances. Host is responsive.

Upon arrival it was easy to find and easy to get in with clear instructions from the host, the place was very clean (I’m picky about that) and there were cold drinks in the fridge and chips and salsa waiting for us. The pool was very clean and a great addition for our family and where the kids spent a lot of time! We had an issue with the pool water level but the host was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful area with lots of good parks and walking paths close by which we loved. We would stay here again!

The bedrooms are spacious, and extra cozy blankets were appreciated this chilly Jan! The neighborhood is so quiet, the host Brigit was amazing and answered any inquiry within minutes of me contacting her! She ordered us a bike tire pump and it was delivered within hrs of the ask! A grocery store, and drug store are within 1.5 miles down the road. Nice set of beach gear, for your treks to the beach. I will be renting this again, as I go to Venice often. It was PERFECT. THX BRIGIT!

The furnishings, from the furniture, bedding and even down to the kitchen utensils, were excellent.We had expected to go to the beach more than we did, but it was because the pool was so inviting (and convenient) and the backyard was almost like being in our own little jungle setting. We saw tons of birds of many different varieties and there were a lot of flowers, despite it being so late in the year. The entire 3 weeks we were there, we spent all of our time outside at the table next to the pool, not once in the living room (which itself was very nice).Our host Birgit really was a Super Host! When we had questions about anything, she always got back to us immediately. On Christmas Eve, of all times, she sent her husband, Daniel, out to deal with a minor plumbing issue we had, and he was there in less than an hour.Just a really awesome place that you won't regret staying at!

The pool was great for splashing around and doing a few laps, for example.The location is quiet and central. Whether you want to go to the beach or go shopping, everything is within easy reach.
