This beautiful villa in “Village Des Pins” is located minutes from beaches, shopping, and restaurants.
Within the community, there is a clubhouse with library, pool table, a huge community pool with whirlpool, tennis court, putting green, BBQ area, and beautiful ponds and landscaping.
There is a spacious living room with dining area and TV. Both bedrooms also feature a tv. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, glasses and much more. Washer and dryer are available and Internet/WLAN, as well as a telephone (local calls), are included in the rental rates. In addition, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, and cool box for our guests.

We stayed 7/5-12/2023. My husband and I enjoyed the villa, it had ample room for the two of us. The kitchen was sufficient to cook all meals but we only did breakfast. We LOVED the closeness to the pool and spa. Went every night to cool off. What was sad was the the last two days we were there, the pool was closed for "cleaning" and we, as guests, could not use the other pool which is designated for permanent residents. ?? We definitely would rent again. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a wonderful vacation stay at Sabine's place. Sabine is a very responsive and friendly host. The property is located just about less than 20 minutes from Siesta Beach. The best beach was ranked in America, and 10 minutes from Turtle Beach and just 5 to 10 minutes driving to Costco, restaurants, and groceries and in a lovely quiet community. The property has most everything for your stay and is fully equipped with amenities. the only thing you may need is an in-house slipper. We loved the small details like free drinks in the fridge on arrival and a welcome note. we feel like beiing at home. Thank you, Sabine!

This is a wonderful place to call home while in Sarasota. It is very clean and has an open floor plan with lots of space. The beach decorating is nice and adds to the Florida vacation atmosphere. The screened in porch was a great place to eat breakfast and drink coffee in am, before the temperature started to rise.. Great location. Just off Tamiami Trail which connects to everything. Quiet neighborhood with community pool, barbecue and clubhouse. There were some noodles, a cooler, beach chairs and a boogie board in garage, which helped us hit the pool and beach, without having to waste time and money buying supplies. Greatly appreciated. Enjoy!

Wonderful place to stay!! Great location near everything. The house was clean and comfortable and the hosts are great to communicate with. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially! Thank you again Sabine!!
