Welcome to Waterside Oasis, your private retreat in beautiful Rotonda West on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Enjoy relaxing vacation days in a quiet location right on the water. Our lovingly furnished vacation home can accommodate up to 4 guests and combines a real Florida feeling with plenty of privacy, a private heated pool and a spacious outdoor area.

There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with a total of 3 beds and a bathroom available to you. The bright living area invites you to relax, and the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The special feature: During your stay, you have the house and the entire outdoor area all to yourselves. Neither the owners nor other guests live in the house.

Only the owners’ private master suite remains locked and is not part of the rental. All other areas of the house offered are at your disposal.

The heart of Waterside Oasis is the private heated pool with a spacious outdoor area.

Start the morning relaxed with a coffee by the pool, enjoy the Florida sun during the day, or end the evening with a view of the water.

The pool and outdoor area are exclusively available to you during your entire stay – no shared facilities and no other guests.

Waterside Oasis is located directly on a quiet canal. The combination of a water view, a pool and a quiet residential area makes the house the ideal place to escape the ordinary.

With a little luck, you can watch Florida’s wildlife while having breakfast or simply enjoy the tranquility by the water.

Rotonda West is known for its quiet, green surroundings and is an excellent base for exploring Southwest Florida.

The beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast, restaurants, shopping, golf courses and numerous leisure activities are easily accessible.

After a day at the beach or an excursion, you can return to your own little *Waterside Oasis* and end the evening by the pool.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and all amenities, except for the master bedroom, which remains private for the owner.

Rest assured, the property is reserved solely for booked guests during your stay—no one else will reside there, ensuring complete privacy.
