This beautiful home has been extensively remodeled, lays on the canal and only 5 minutes from the famous Siesta Key beach. Enjoy the electrically heated, huge pool and large caged lanai with its beautiful canal view – especially during fantastic sunsets.
The patio table and outdoor sofa lounge are covered giving you some nice shade in the summer and letting you sit outside also on a rainy day or during an afternoon shower. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. You walk on wood and tile floors throughout the house. This was an amazing home. The location was excellent as we could walk to and from the main Siesta Beach and into Siesta Key Village (though this was tough in the heat, so we got the free trolley most of the way back!). We were also lucky to see several manatee hanging out in the waterway behind the house one afternoon. The house itself was excellent and very well equipped, it was spacious and light and airy. The outside living area was fabulous with a lovely L-shaped sofa and a dining table and chairs next to the large pool. The pool was gorgeous, large enough to swim lengths but also had a shallow end for standing. In summary it was probably the best house we have ever stayed in and represented great value for money, we didn’t want to leave!

“Great home, great area, thoughtful owners! We had a sweet welcome gift waiting for us on arrival and arrived to a clean, well stocked, and lovely house. It had everything we needed, even bikes (adult only) and beach toys. The location was fantastic - quiet neighborhood but walkable to the busy part of the beach, 3 min drive to the less busy beach areas, and bike-rideable to the main drag of shops and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to the couple of minor things we had questions about. Our kids had a blast in the pool and watching fish jump in the canal. We ate all our meals outside on the lanai but enjoyed the furnishings and decor inside too. It was our first visit to Siesta Key, and we would definitely come to the area and stay at this property again!”
