Great house with pool! This is an absolutely great house with a nice pool! In a great little neighborhood close to anything you need and still nice a quite. Plenty of towels for the pool and beach, beach chairs and everything you would need for the beach. Everything went perfectly for our 1 week stay. VERY nice house! My teens really enjoyed having their own rooms and the pool was really great! We had plenty of space with nice size tables! Very comfortable and spacious couches and the little area in the Florida room was a nice place to sit and read or look outside. There were plenty of towels and big beach towels! The beach chairs were great too. We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed besides a quick grocery run! Taylor, July 2025, Airbnb Our time spent at the villa Happy Gator 2 was nothing short of excellent. The host put together an incredible place that has you feeling instantly at home. All of the small personal touches they added to the house (like labeling the switches, extra towels for the pool, even everything you need for a perfect beach outing) has made it hassle free trip and relieved stress from normal packing/traveling from our shoulders. The pool was absolutely perfect and our family spent a big chunk of our time soaking up with sun on the lounge chairs or floating/swimming in the water (always the perfect temperature). It was agreed immediately that we will be returning to stay here again when we come back to visit! Many memories were created in this house and we couldn’t be more grateful. We can’t wait for our next stay!

The hosts were responsive to our inquiries and even had an item we inquired about delivered to the house. I loved the soaking tub, the pool was used every day and we appreciated the clean as new bbq grill. A bonus surprise that thrilled us all— within a couple blocks of the home there is a beautiful, wild pride of peacocks and peahens that roam the neighborhood. We got a beautiful show every time we drove out of the neighborhood! We would definitely rent there again and recommend to others.
