Sabine's place was just what we expected! Close to everything you need! Grocery, restaurants, parks, beach...pretty much anywhere you desire. Venice is a lovely area and is our go to in Florida. Booking/checking in was a breeze. Sabine had everything set up in advance, so there were no questions before checking in. Pool was great! Plenty of room in the home for the whole family! There were plenty of beach supplies at the house. Chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. Being able to park in the garage was great! Made loading and unloading a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning on visiting Venice, FL!! :)

We stayed 7/5-12/2023. My husband and I enjoyed the villa, it had ample room for the two of us. The kitchen was sufficient to cook all meals but we only did breakfast. We LOVED the closeness to the pool and spa. Went every night to cool off. What was sad was the the last two days we were there, the pool was closed for "cleaning" and we, as guests, could not use the other pool which is designated for permanent residents. ?? We definitely would rent again. Thank you for letting us stay.

Lovely hosts. The pictures of the house were accurate, but the house was so much better in person. We like this neighborhood.

We had a wonderful vacation stay at Sabine's place. Sabine is a very responsive and friendly host. The property is located just about less than 20 minutes from Siesta Beach. The best beach was ranked in America, and 10 minutes from Turtle Beach and just 5 to 10 minutes driving to Costco, restaurants, and groceries and in a lovely quiet community. The property has most everything for your stay and is fully equipped with amenities. the only thing you may need is an in-house slipper. We loved the small details like free drinks in the fridge on arrival and a welcome note. we feel like beiing at home. Thank you, Sabine!

I love my stay. it was peaceful and perfect. the neighborhood was wonderful. the house was great. beds so comfortable, kitchen with everything I needed. beach and pool things was such a great help!!!! was do wonderful being able to have breakfast by the pool every morning. the beach was so close. friendly neighbors. I'll definitely be back!!!! felt like home!!!

Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay. Only complaint was the shower/ tub. It was very hard to get in and out because the rim is extremely high. Property was beautiful with a nice pool. It was quiet and peaceful during our stay. Would definitely go back.

We LOVE the condo we rented. There were surprise welcome gifts upon arrival. The view and location can't be beat. We had a question and it was immediately responded to. We are incredibly grateful for our time there and will be back to Windsor Lodge as soon as possible

Lovely, peaceful location. Everything we needed was provided. Close to restaurants, shopping, beaches & the Legacy Trail. Nice surprise to find a bottle of wine, chips & salsa upon arrival!

A friend and I planned a girls weekend away and this place was beautiful! Everything was easily accessible and the pool area was to die for! Would 10/10 recommend to any small group traveling to visit this place!

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Sabine was very responsive to our questions about the local area. The location was great in relation to beaches, Legacy Trail, parks , restaurants and exploring the coastal communities.
