Within the community, there is a clubhouse with library, pool table, a huge community pool with whirlpool, tennis court, putting green, BBQ area, and beautiful ponds and landscaping.
There is a spacious living room with dining area and TV. Both bedrooms also feature a tv. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, glasses and much more. Washer and dryer are available and Internet/WLAN, as well as a telephone (local calls), are included in the rental rates. In addition, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, and cool box for our guests.

We loved the house and everything about our stay! Sabine and Werner were terrific, and responded quickly to whatever we asked. I highly recommend staying here! The house has a great location too.

Very roomy and convenient to everything in sarasota. Sabine is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. This was a perfect location for my family to stay

We enjoyed the accommodations at Sabine’s home very much! The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The pool is in easy walking distance and very nice. I recommend staying here for your time in the Sarasota area!

The place was absolutely beautiful. It’s a little dated circa 1988-1995, but extremely well maintained aside from needing new couches and chairs. It was really a very well rounded trip but other travelers should know that the hot tub at the pool doesn’t really get “hot”, so be prepared, the garage door was possessed, so hopefully that issue has been resolved amd the dishwasher isn’t very great at cleaning the dishes so be sure everything is cleaned well before you use it or just wash by hand. Other than tiny things, it’s really an amazing place to stay! I’d definitely go back! They were incredible hosts!
