The "Manasota Beach House" is a beautifully furnished, fully airconditioned vacation rental. The master suite features a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with an extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom is located right next to it.
The fully equipped kitchen as well as the outdoor gas BBQ are standing by to help you prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner!
The living room invites you to relax and provides enough space for all guests to enjoy.
There are large TVs in the master suite and the living room and a smaller TV in the 2nd bedroom.
Imagine, laying on one of the comfortable wicker patio loungers after swimming in the pool, listening and observing wildlife around the beautiful pond - that is vacation!
You can park your car either in the 1 car attached garage or on the driveway, there is plenty of space.
Bikes are provided as well as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.

Beautiful house inside and out! We enjoyed the bikes that were available as well as the outdoor space. The property manager was great! Very responsive.

We haven't live so comfortably before. Close to the beach in a quiet street. The small lake looks like a nice picture. Everything was very clean and designed with a lot of love. We'll come back as soon as possible.

All was good, close to beach and boat ramp. I have a 20 foot boat and we had some creative boat maneuvering in the driveway but it worked. Overall great stay!

This is a great location for a family vacation. The pool is pristine and very peaceful. The house was fully furnished and comfortable. Very clear instructions and felt right at home. We would definitely stay again.

Photos do not do the place justice ! Having rented places where the property does not live up to the photos this property is best experienced in person. We enjoyed our stay so much we only went to the bench once, not because of the weather. We so enjoyed just hanging out here. It has everything ! Can not wait to come back. Maybe I shouldn’t tell everyone.

Beautiful house, everything you need handy, clear instructions and recommendations. The area is quiet. Manasota Beach a couple of minutes biking and if you want you can drive 15 mins and go to the busy side of Manasota beach for water activities and dinning.About 40 mins from Siesta Keys. There was a bit of an issue with the heating of the Jacuzzi but it was out of anyone's control. The house was impeccable.

Very clean and well stocked with a generous welcome gift. We really enjoyed the beautiful backyard with its mango tree and bright flowers, plus all the nature(turtles, red birds, egrets, and even a couple of bunnies) that the pond brings, but the pool cage keeps out.
