This is going to be our go to place for siesta key. Clean, comfy & excellent views. We watched fish jumping out of the water and pelicans soaring across the bay. So peacful and extremely close to the beach and restaurants. The place has everything you need. Host also had some special touches that make you feel welcome. Fantastic place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of the water was beautiful from the balcony, the area is quiet and with close proximity to the beach we enjoyed swimming and watching the spectacular sunsets.

The location, the view, the peacefulness- can’t be beat. I saw dolphins from the balcony, other guests are far enough away that it feels very private, and the beach is literally walking distance. The air conditioner gets really cold- which is a huge plus with us- especially in Florida. There was tons of storage, washer and dryer and a grill. The downside was the shower- not a deal breaker by any means- but pretty dated, not good water pressure and the shower curtain is posted so high it floats into the shower and hits your legs and gets the floor wet. We tried to move it down but didn’t want to damage it in the process. Oh and the coffee table- it seems really low but it actually pulls up high so you can sit comfortably on the couch and eat while you watch tv. All in all- five stars and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Pelican apartment is fabulous! The location, furnishings, and views are perfect! Our weekend couldn’t have been better, and we will definitely return as soon as we can!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location. We arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and snacks. Thank you! We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails watching the fish jump and Ospreys dive for food. Very quiet ....short walk to Turtle beach....the trolley was a plus to bring you into town for dinner. Would love to come back!

Sabine was great to work with...and what a great place. I brought my daughter and her friend down for some fishing and kayaking for a weekend getaway...and it was fantastic. This is a great place and maybe even greater location!! Thanks Sabine!!

Lovely quiet location with great view. Looks out on a bay, where boats are required to slow down, so no crazy power boat noise. Family beach a five minute walk away. Apt. beautifully equipped with excellent kitchen equipment and attention to detail (even a carrot peeler!) (The famous Crescent beach is a few minutes further with VERY limited parking, so we didn't go there, even though there's a free trolley.)

We enjoyed our stay. The unit had a great view of the inner coastal. We enjoyed watching the boats and nature from our second floor private balcony. The unit was very nice. We were welcomed nicely with a bottle of wine and snacks. Unfortunately, we didn't take time to enjoy the hot-tub. Siesta Key has some much to do. The unit is in a quiet area, but it is a short drive to the busy activities. It was also great having Turtle Beach so close. We found out that the eggs hatch between May and October. We had a great stay and would be willing to return.

Fantastic rental with amazing water views! We stayed for 4 nights and loved our stay here. The private balcony has amazing views of the intracoastal waterway. We ate dinner at Ophelia's one night- highly recommend if you want a fancy date night meal, plus the 10 second walk makes it an easy commute. The condo was very clean with basic amenities provided. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler came in handy for the beach.
