Our Villa Bellini is newly furnished and features an open, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom with king-size bed features an ensuite bathroom. The living room with big sliding doors provides access to the covered and screened-in outside dining area and the pool deck. A beautiful fenced-in backyard makes it safe for children and your dogs to play. A laundry room with washer and dryer and a 2 car garage are also part of the villa.The pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 12% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.

Our beautiful villa is located in the safe and quiet (non-gated) community of Sorrento South. Only minutes away is Siesta Key (voted #1 Beach in the US in 2011) and exclusive Casey Key and its beaches. Restaurants (Mama Leones, Waterfront II) and grocery stores (Publix, Aldi) are less than 2 miles away.

Villa Bellini!! Great Location! My husband and I spent 34 days here and in this wonderful area!! We could bike to Nokomis Beach as well as other local stores such as the Publix. We biked to Nokomis beach many times and really enjoyed being able to stay off the main roads. Venice was just a few minutes away by car and we spent a lot of time there eating, shopping and beaching. We are big Pickleball players and enjoyed being close to Foxworthy By-Pass Park, Englewood and Laurel park. We were also were introduced to The Legacy Trail this trip and enjoyed biking and having several close parks to access this wonderful amenity.
