Completely new and high quality furnished apartment with a wonderful view of the adjoining lake and the golf course behind it. On 680 sqft living space a big living-, eating and sleeping area awaits you. The bathroom has 2 separate sinks, a big walk-in shower, a toilet, a cabinet with a built-in safe and a washing machine and dryer. The breakfast area, includes dishwasher and refrigerator as well as granite countertops, two burner stove, microwave/convection oven and Keurig coffeemaker. The Smart TV provides entertainment for everyone. The queen bed has a new TempurPedic mattress. The unit sleeps max 2 adults and a max of 2 children.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful spot. Very well appointed, everything I needed, even coffee pods left for the Keurig. Generous snacks and bottle of wine also. Tide pods for the washer and dryer. Very unexpected and helpful. I will definitely stay again. The property was beautiful and the unit itself was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive to any and all questions I had.

"Location is great. The apartment have everything we needed. Both Sabine and her husband are very attentive with questions etc. The bed is small but comfortable. The sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep in. So if you have extra 2 ppl staying in the apartment it’s not very comfortable. All and all we had a great stay.”

Had a great stay at this property. Its located in a very nice, quiet complex and not far at all to fantastic beaches and other sites. Plenty of shopping/dining nearby as well. The property itself is a very good value.

Fantastic place and incredible location. Great amenities, everything you need for your stay. Most comfortable Airbnb bed ever. The property and community are safe and gorgeous and great for going on walks/runs. The pool is awesome; even has clean bathrooms and an ice machine. Peaceful property and prime location for venturing out to the beach, restaurants, a close-by arcade, grocer stores, etc. The host left a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift and provides everything you need for a week. Truly great value and beyond for the price.

This is a nice studio apartment in a beautiful location! There were 3 in our party and it was very roomy and comfortable for us all. It was very clean and nicely decorated.
