This beautiful house is located half a mile away from the Inter-coastal where you can use the South Venice Beach Ferry to get to Caspersen Beach. Monthly passes are available for $50. The house has been built in 2014 and has hurricane prove windows and doors. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. The master bedroom with a king size bed has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, double sink and a separate toilet. A beautiful pool with a large pool deck was added in 2016.

Venice is a city on Florida's Gulf Coast. It's known for Venice Beach, with its offshore coral reef, and Caspersen Beach, where shark teeth are often found. Multi-use trails hug the Intracoastal Waterway in Venetian Waterway Park. Other green spaces include Centennial Park, with its interactive fountain, and the Monty Andrews Arboretum at West Blalock Park. Stroll down Venice Avenue with its pink, Italian Renaissance buildings, Mediterranean-style shops.

This house has a very private and secluded lot. Its a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with a large park nearby that had lots of trails for biking or walking , tennis courts , basketball and playground. The stay was very relaxing!

We enjoyed our vacation immensely. We visited Venice and enjoyed the shops, walked the fishing pier on Venice Beach and saw dolphins, and went to the farmer’s market in Englewood on Thursday where we purchased German Rye bread, it was delicious! There were many other unique items such as kettle corn and chocolate covered key lime pie on a stick! Since we were unable to access Casperson Beach using the ferry, (an HOA decision put into effect in March), we went to the public beach on Manasota Key about 10 minutes from the house. It was a very nice beach with showers, bathrooms and a boardwalk down to the beach. The water was warm and we found shark’s teeth!! As for the home, it was very clean and nicely appointed. We especially loved sitting out by the pool whenever we were home! We had meals and played games at the outdoor table and chairs and swam a lot! I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee outside with no bugs! The whole vacation was very relaxing! I would definitely come here again!

Wonderful space for 6 people, the beds were very comfortable and the space was clean. Very quiet neighborhood as well. The ferry to the beach was such a bonus! Would definitely stay here again

“This home was perfect for us! Our kids loved the pool, the home was just the right size, clean, with all of the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is a bird sanctuary, so walks in the evenings were beautiful! The ferry to the private beach was the icing on the cake to make this a truly unique beach experience. We were not disappointed and would definitely stay here again!”

“This house was fantastic. The kitchen was almost better equipped than mine and everything was in great shape or new. The beds were comfy and clean. The decorating was great and very Florida but tastefully done. We had the pool heated and used it every warm day.”

“We absolutely loved staying here, it was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for the beach! We plan on coming back to Venice and would love to stay here again when we do! There were personal touches welcoming us to the home, including chips, salsa, and a bottle of wine! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here!”

“Venice Bay breeze was exactly what I was looking for. South Venice is lovely it’s a short walk to the ferry to the private beach. Although I spent most days at the dog beach which was wonderful just a short drive away. I loved downtown Venice. Such a beautiful area.”
