Villa Bayside Paradise VillaNokomis
You will find 3 bedrooms, a living room with separate dining space, 2 bathrooms and a powder room distributed on 2 stories. In the living room, there is a fireplace, a 55' smart-TV, DVD and free WiFi. In the pool area you can dine and relax under a covered seating place, your food prepared directly on the BBQ next to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, coffee machine, juicer and much more. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer and in the 2 car garage you find 2 bikes, beach chairs and cool box.

Our beautiful villa is located in Nokomis, in a quiet neighborhood about 500 yards from the Bay. In only a few minutes you reach either Casey Key with its fantastic sandy beaches or Siesta Key which was voted best US beach in 2011. Restaurants (Mama Leones, Waterfront II, Rosebuds) and grocery stores (Publix, Aldi) are less than 2.5 miles away.

Loved everything about this property. Sabine is a very gracious host who is very responsive to any needs that you may have. She has thought of every detail that makes the stay so very enjoyable. Great location in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. A true gem.

This is a lovely modern home in a very nice and well kept neighborhood. Heated pool in the winter months was great! The location in Nokomis is very convenient to shopping and beach access. Home was super clean and well furnished. Liked the bikes and beach toys, chairs. Would definitely book this home for another stay.

This location is ideal if you’re looking for a nice, chill vacation. We didn’t want to choose an area that had a lot of tourists, and Nokomis is definitely a hidden gem vacation spot. Located in the perfect area, surrounded by beautiful beaches, we visited five of them and all were within close driving distance. The house is spacious and clean, comfortably accommodating my family of six. The heated pool was such a nice perk, being able to swim in December. The host Sabine, responded back quickly to any and all questions I had. My family and I will definitely be returning guests!

We greatly enjoyed our 10-day summer stay with two children. House and pool are professionally maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and super clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, and we appreciated the pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. Neighborhood is quiet and the pool area is private; short drive to beaches. Highly recommended.

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach and stores. Very clean and cozy and well decorated. We had one little problem with the microwave and the hostess immediately took care of the problem. We will definitely be back!”
