Villa Creekside Paradise I VillaOsprey
The 1970 sqft living space hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living room with attached ‘library’, a dining area overlooking the garden and pool, as well as a kitchen - all under air condition. The master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a whirl-pool-tub and a separate restroom. The 2nd bathroom is located between the two other bedrooms. In the living room there is a cozy fireplace and the state-of-the-art entertainment center with a 3D-TV, DVD/CD-Player and a Dolby system. At the desk in the ‘library’ you can use the PC and the high-speed WLAN. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, stove and oven, fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser. The coffee machine, juicer, toaster, flatware, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses – all you need in a kitchen! The caged pool area is accessible through French doors from the master bedroom, the dining area, the living room as well as the 3rd bedroom. Right by the pool you can enjoy your outside meals underneath a covered seating area, the food prepared directly on the BBQ next to it. The pool is solar heated, maintained professionally once a week and measures 32.80ft in length/13.12ft in width. In the laundry room there are the washing machine and dryer as well as the iron board and the electric iron. You enter Creekside Paradise thru the attached 2 car garage, where you can find the beach equipment, 2 bikes as well as 2 kayaks, paddles and life vests.

Start a tour with the canoe or kayak (2 kayaks are waiting for you in the garage) right in the backyard of our house: You have direct access to North Creek which leads into the Little Sarasota Bay and from there to Midnight Pass, where you just have to cross the dunes and you will find yourself on a pristine beach at the Gulf of Mexico. Osprey is home to Historic Spanish Point, a 30-acre (120,000 m2) museum and environmental complex. Osprey is also the mailing address for Oscar Scherer State Park and its Blackburn Point Bridge (leading to Casey Key) is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Sabine's property was perfect for my family. We had tons of space to relax and enjoy the holiday. Conveniently located within minutes of the beach and everything else you could need. Our dog loved it too!

Creekside Paradise I had been our go to vacation spot for two years in a row. Feels just like home with all the aminities you could ask for. Close to beautiful beaches, fabulous food, and shopping. Highly recommend this home for your next Florida vacation destination!!

“The pictures listed don’t do this house justice! We absolutely loved this place. We had friends stay with us the first few days and they left after our wedding! There was a wonderful welcoming gift upon arrival and any questions we had Sabine was quick to answer! Everything was perfect, the covered pool, the dock for my husband to fish off of, the spacious living room and rooms! We also loved how close it was to almost everything; we made the comment that everything was within a “20 minute drive”. Almost everywhere we wanted to go was within 30 minutes driving distance. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.”

“We had an amazing time in this absolutely fabulous home. When we weren't at the beach, we relaxed in the pool. We hit Venice Beach and stayed mostly st Siesta Key, which is just a few minutes drive up Tamiami. The home is wonderfully cozy and inviting. You'll feel right at home immediately.”

“Our family loved our 2 week stay here. The house is very spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we might need and tons of storage. It's so fun to relax by the pool and look out over the beautiful, private backard. The location was wonderful - just a quick, 4 minute drive up to Walgreens, Target, Publix, Sprouts, and restaurants. The beach is an easy 15 minute drive away. We were very happy here!”

“This house has plenty of space for a family to make some memories. She provides everything for adults as well as your childrens needs for the beach or pool!
