Our outstanding apartment "A Point Of View" is located in the gated community of Terra Ceia Bay. This spacious vacation home has a breathtaking view: Enjoy the morning sun towards the pasture land and Floridian vegetation and the sunset over the Bay and golf course. The 978 sqft living space hosts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and an open living- and dining area.
The technical equipment consists of 2 TV’s, telephone and WLAN free of charge. We provide our guests with beach chairs and umbrellas. Washer and dryer are located within the unit. Minimum stay is 90 days.

The waterfront community of Terra Ceia Bay is located in sunny Palmetto, in the heart of the Tampa Bay region on the Gulf Coast of Florida. This location provides the perfect starting point to discover all that central Florida has to offer. With easy access to Interstates 75 and 275, and the Skyway Bridge spanning Tampa Bay, travel to St. Petersburg and Tampa to the north (30 minutes) and Sarasota (20 minutes) to the south, is an easy drive. Featuring an 18 hole executive golf course, driving range, putting green, tennis facility, clubhouse with complete fitness center, restaurant, and bar, Terra Ceia Bay offers an amenity package difficult to find anywhere else.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place was clean, had plenty of supplies, and was tastefully decorated. The grounds at Terra Ceia were beautiful. Just a short walk to the pier to catch the breathtaking sunset.

Great location relative to Palmetto/Bradenton restaurants and downtown. Fun little executive golf course. Beautiful new pickleball courts. Warm swimming pool. The residents were very welcoming. Would recommend to friends looking for an off-beach, peaceful experience.
